Welcome to the Home of the Ninja! The title comes from the house or rather hideout, that was used by Ninjas, ironically enough it turned out that Team Rocket had their base under the house, and the ninjas is no longer there. It was also from here the evolution provoking sounds was sent from, the ones that made the Red Gyarados go crazy at The Lake of Rage. A cold wind often blows in the city since it's pretty close to the Ice Path.
